Store Supervisor - Axel Arigato, The Grove
Job Description
Our Store Supervisor is responsible for driving the store business. They work towards achieving the store sales’ target, build a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, manage the team and ensure full adherence to the brand’s guidelines and store processes.
Responsibilities
- Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationship with VIP customers
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents
- Act as a coach for the team members and promote growth mindset
- Develop the omnichannel mindset among the team promoting physical and digital touchpoints
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures (SOP’s) are followed
- Ensure e-commerce orders are prepared and processed within set SLAs
- Analyze historical traffic data to ensure healthy floor coverage
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and retail store operations
Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role within Retail, in the UAE
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi
