Project Manager – Telecom (Client-Facing)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong telecom domain expertise to lead and manage client-facing telecom initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact for customers and ensure timely delivery of telecom projects such as network deployments and OSS/BSS initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing PM for telecom programs and initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across wireline, wireless, VoIP, fiber, or network modernization projects
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with engineering, network operations, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Drive status reporting, client communications, and executive presentations

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Telecom
  • Strong client-facing / stakeholder management experience
  • Hands-on experience with Wireless, Wireline, Fiber, VoIP, and IP Networks
  • Hands-on experience with OSS / BSS systems
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models
