Job Description

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and engaging with client prospects, as well as managing client relationships during the full life cycle of client campaigns at TransPerfect. This role involves sourcing new clients through research, referrals, cold calling, and networking. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop prospective clients through internet research, trade shows, and referrals. * Source and close new clients through cold calling and networking. * Cultivate long-term relationships with clients. * Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. * Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process. * Develop project budgets and create proposals. * Manage and control pricing and contractual issues. **Required Skills:** * Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience (ideally SaaS/Tech sales). * Proven sales life cycle experience from lead generation to closing. * Proven track record in achieving sales targets. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Capabilities managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
