Real Estate Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to support investment, development, and brokerage decision-making through market research, financial modeling, and performance reporting. This role analyzes Dubai real estate market trends, evaluates opportunities, and delivers insights to guide pricing, acquisitions, feasibility, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on Dubai real estate (residential, commercial, off-plan, secondary)
- Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments, and portfolio performance
- Prepare research for new projects: pricing strategy, unit mix recommendations, cost assumptions, risk analysis, and expected returns
- Monitor and interpret relevant data sources and translate findings into actionable insights
- Support pricing and payment plan analysis for off-plan projects
- Create dashboards and periodic reports (weekly/monthly)
- Assist leadership with presentations and analyses for strategic decisions
- Maintain a structured repository of research
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment, consulting, or brokerage analytics (UAE experience)
