HR COORDINATOR
Job Description
The HR Coordinator role provides comprehensive operational and administrative support across all areas of Human Resources. The position requires a flexible, hands on HR generalist who can support multiple HR functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate recruitment activities and job postings
- Assist with training and development initiatives
- Respond to employee queries
- Assist with visas, work permits, and LMRA requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
