Job Description

Contract Talent Sourcer (Referrals & Inbound). Salary: $38–$45/hr. Remote (US). 6-month contract. We’re partnering with a high-growth AI technology company to launch a brand-new sourcing pod focused on referrals and inbound talent. What you’ll do: Review and assess a high volume of inbound referrals and applicants. Identify high-potential profiles and move them forward within 24–48 hour SLAs. Apply consistent, structured evaluation criteria. Partner with recruiters to calibrate. Manage timely communication. Maintain accurate documentation in ATS (Ashby). Who we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or high-volume screening. Experience managing referral-heavy or inbound pipelines. Strong judgment. Comfortable balancing speed and volume. ATS experience required (Ashby preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess a high volume of inbound referrals and applicants

  • Partner closely with recruiters and sourcers to calibrate
  • Manage thoughtful, timely communication with candidates and referrers

  • Flag standout candidates for adjacent teams

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or high-volume candidate screening
  • Hands-on experience managing referral-heavy or inbound pipelines
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking
  • Excellent written communication and high emotional intelligence
  • ATS experience required (Ashby strongly preferred)
