Job Description
One of our key customers, a market leading offshore drilling contractor located in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of offshore jack up rig operations. You will lead a team of highly competent Rig Managers and provide visible, hands-on leadership while managing operational resources, supporting business development, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic input into overall business direction
- Lead and manage day-to-day rig operations with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency
- Oversee offshore rig activities and ensure contractual and safety obligations are fulfilled
- Establish and monitor performance metrics
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
- Manage rig hire contracts and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Support business development initiatives
- Plan rig scheduling and manage transitions for contract conclusions
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional technical or management qualifications preferred
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in rig operations, with proven experience in a Operations Manager role
