Job Description
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support business growth through efficient sales operations, client management, and cross-functional coordination in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Acquire and manage SME clients for freight and warehousing
- Liaise with internal teams and external logistics partners
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales data
- Develop analytical reports on performance
- Support issue resolution, invoicing, and shipment coordination
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or customer support within logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding
- Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
