Job Description

Easy Breathe is hiring for a Leadership Track role starting in Customer Service & Sales. Candidates will spend 18-24 months in a front-line role handling calls, learning products and systems, before transitioning into supervisory and coaching roles. This path is designed to build credible leaders who understand the business end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Guide customers through CPAP products and insurance benefits
  • Recommend products that support therapy success
  • Resolve customer concerns with confidence and empathy
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Assist with call coaching and performance feedback

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience (people management, training, or team lead roles)
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fast, accurate typing speed (70+ WPM required)
