Job Description
The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
- Master product knowledge and technical services understanding
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections
- Manage high volume of outbound customer contacts
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM)
