The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services
  • Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
  • Master product knowledge and technical services understanding
  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections
  • Manage high volume of outbound customer contacts
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM)
