Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead and control inventory operations for Ring Main Units (RMU), Overhead Switches, and medium-voltage electrical equipment. The role ensures material availability, high inventory accuracy, team supervision, and full compliance with quality, safety, and ISO standards to support uninterrupted production.
Responsibilities
- Supervise inventory of raw materials, WIP and finished goods
- Ensure optimal stock levels aligned with production schedules
- Enforce FIFO / FEFO and proper material segregation
- Supervise storekeepers, inventory controllers, and warehouse staff
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / MRP systems
- Plan and conduct cycle counts and physical inventories
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of inventory control experience in manufacturing or electrical equipment
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
