HR Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to manage and oversee all human resources functions for our maintenance, fit-out, and renovation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, support site and office staff, and maintain smooth HR operations in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Handle manpower planning for maintenance, fit-out, and renovation projects
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers on staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Manage employee attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, and performance records
- Process payroll coordination, overtime, and employee benefits
- Handle visa processing, renewals, and government-related documentation (MOHRE, GDRFA, medical, Emirates ID)
- Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (plus)
- Minimum 2–5 years HR experience, preferably in construction, maintenance, or fit-out companies
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience handling blue-collar and site-based employees
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
