Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven, field-based sales professional to grow our art studio’s B2B and B2C business across schools, corporates, tour operators, and event agencies. This role focuses on active business development, partnerships, and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and pitches
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts
- Pitch team building workshops and creative corporate experiences
- Maintain long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Maintain CRM or structured lead tracking
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Dubai residence / valid UAE residency
