Job Description

The HR Associate Partner serves as a strategic business partner providing comprehensive human resources support to assigned business units. This role collaborates with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to understand business objectives
  • Coach managers on employee relations and performance management
  • Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
  • Conduct Workplace investigations when necessary
  • Support recruitment and selection processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Conduct systematic attendance audits
  • Organize and moderate structured focus groups

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent
  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
