HR Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions. The role will be responsible for driving HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, supporting business objectives, and fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company regulations
- Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, benefits, and HR documentation
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Manager or Senior HR role
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience managing full HR lifecycle and HR operations
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
