Job Description
Associate Director Proposals and Contract Management is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating, optimizing, and delivering high-quality contracts and proposals across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as lead for the Proposals and Contract Management team
- Lead preparation of high quality, compliant proposals
- Coordinate contract negotiation and execution
- Own creation and maintenance of standard budget tools
- Monitor adherence to internal policies
Qualifications
- University degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract and proposal management
- Strong track record in developing budgeting tools
- Knowledge of pricing in CRO business
- Professional fluency in English
