Job Description

Associate Director Proposals and Contract Management is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating, optimizing, and delivering high-quality contracts and proposals across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as lead for the Proposals and Contract Management team
  • Lead preparation of high quality, compliant proposals
  • Coordinate contract negotiation and execution
  • Own creation and maintenance of standard budget tools
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies

Qualifications

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract and proposal management
  • Strong track record in developing budgeting tools
  • Knowledge of pricing in CRO business
  • Professional fluency in English
