Job Description
The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and insurers, managing client accounts and delivering tailored insurance solutions. This role is responsible for assessing insurance needs and negotiating with insurers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and claims
- Analyze client risk exposures and recommend products
- Collaborate with insurance companies to negotiate quotes
- Ensure compliance with Insurance Authority (IA) regulations
- Prepare reports and maintain client records
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a relevant field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in insurance broking or insurance companies
- Good understanding of the insurance market and IA regulatory landscape
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
