Job Description

Higharc is looking for an additional Recruiter to focus primarily on hiring across our Adoption organization. This role will focus on building top-of-funnel for roles across Solutions Consultation and Implementation teams. You will own all responsibilities of sourcing and serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates
  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers in the Adoption org
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end
  • Own and manage interview scheduling and logistics in Ashby
  • Lead offer processes from approval through close

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in recruiting, with 3+ years full lifecycle experience
  • Success sourcing and closing roles in fast-paced startup environments
  • Experience working with VP+ level stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems
