Job Description
Higharc is looking for an additional Recruiter to focus primarily on hiring across our Adoption organization. This role will focus on building top-of-funnel for roles across Solutions Consultation and Implementation teams. You will own all responsibilities of sourcing and serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers in the Adoption org
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end
- Own and manage interview scheduling and logistics in Ashby
- Lead offer processes from approval through close
Qualifications
- 5+ years in recruiting, with 3+ years full lifecycle experience
- Success sourcing and closing roles in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience working with VP+ level stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems
