Operational Key Account Manager
Job Description
The Operations Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing logistics operations for strategic Aerospace & Defence clients in air and sea freight. This role ensures smooth coordination of all transportation, warehousing, and supply chain activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for key clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Handle client escalations efficiently
- Oversee scheduling and planning of air and sea shipments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in air and sea freight operations
- Aerospace & Defence industry knowledge
