Job Description

Global Sales Director - Software Solutions. Drive revenue growth, establish dominant market presence, and build a high-performing sales ecosystem. Lead worldwide software sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global sales strategy
  • Leverage existing networks to build a robust global channel partner program
  • Lead negotiations with strategic global clients and C-level executives
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team
  • Gather client feedback and monitor industry trends

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of software sales experience
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Prior experience in a Huawei overseas sales leadership role or leading AI/FinTech company is preferred
  • Full professional proficiency in English; Fluency in Chinese is an advantage
