Job Description
Lead end-to-end Salesforce project implementations, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external technology partners. Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into optimized Salesforce process flows. Hands-on implementation of advanced functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Build and refine standard Salesforce components, including objects, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and security models. Lead integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms to ensure a unified data system. Support UAT cycles, enable users, and provide expert-level troubleshooting for production issues.
