Head of Retail
Job Description
Establish further retail sites by analyzing demographics and consumer data to strengthen overall business performance. Undertake commercial analysis and project management to open new stores. Training: Lead, Motivate, Develop Team Members Across Brand. Take an already good team of 35 team members (70 indirect reports) and make them great. Motivate a high quality team by developing and implementing performance objectives and mentor staff. Operation: Strengthen Overall Store Performance. Achieve and maximize budgeted sales by improving standards in shop layout, merchandising, promotion effectiveness and customer service standards thereby delivering higher numbers of customer visits and increased customer loyalty and reputation. Satisfy Needs of Suppliers and Customers. Keep Customer Satisfaction scores high, grow customer loyalty and reputation.

Qualifications
- Retail experience - at least 5 years managing a large multi-national team
- Multi-site retail experience
- Management Experience - ability to independently lead a sizeable portion of business generating 30M USD in annual revenue
- Excellent English language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
