Change Management Lead
Job Description
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for spearheading and executing change management initiatives across the organization, driving successful adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural shifts.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement change management strategies
- Identify and engage key stakeholders
- Assess impact of changes and develop mitigation strategies
- Execute internal communication strategies
- Lead end-to-end execution of change management projects
- Ensure alignment with organization’s brand values
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in change management
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred
