Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects at the project level. This role assists project managers in coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. This is a FSP position, fully embedded in our client - a biotech company.
Responsibilities
- Support project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Assist in developing project documentation including timelines and budgets
- Track project progress against milestones
- Coordinate project information management
- Support collaboration with internal and external partners
- Contribute to financial tracking by reconciling invoices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Allied Health, Engineering, or Communications, preferably in Life Science
- Foundational understanding of project management phases
- Experience working in or supporting cross-functional (matrix) project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
