Responsibilities
- Conduct sales analysis and monitor competition
- Identify and meet customer potential needs
- Supervise replenishment and prepare for inventory
- Coordinate with back office, logistics, and marketing
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising
- Prepare staff schedules and grooming standards
- Conduct appraisals and coaching for team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique for at least 3 years
