Plant HR Administrator (Saudi Arabia)
Job Description
The Plant HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support within a manufacturing plant. This role encompasses administrative HR tasks, recruitment coordination, payroll support, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations. Key Responsibilities include: coordinating and managing administrative HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, orientation, offboarding); maintaining employee records; supporting payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management; handling employee benefits administration (medical insurance, GOSI, WPS, MHRSD, Qiwa, and Mudad); assisting with performance appraisals and training; coordinating employee programs and events; and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and 2–4 years of HR experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of plant personnel
- Maintain and update employee records and manage HR documentation
- Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Handle employee benefits administration (medical insurance, GOSI, WPS, MHRSD, Qiwa, Mudad)
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and training records
- Serve as primary point of contact for HR-related queries
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and health and safety regulations
- Prepare HR reports and maintain records for audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of HR administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR policies, and government portals (GOSI, MHRSD, Qiwa, Mudad)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems
