Job Description
Serves as the strategic leader of the Rooms Division, directly accountable for the successful administration and long-term performance of all Front Office operations. This includes oversight of the Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Bell/Door operations, and Communications.
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operations
- Establishes SOPs
- Maximizes departmental financial performance
- Acts as final point of escalation for guest satisfaction
- Supervises staffing levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel Management
