Front Office Manager

Job Description

Serves as the strategic leader of the Rooms Division, directly accountable for the successful administration and long-term performance of all Front Office operations. This includes oversight of the Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Bell/Door operations, and Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day operations
  • Establishes SOPs
  • Maximizes departmental financial performance
  • Acts as final point of escalation for guest satisfaction
  • Supervises staffing levels

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel Management
