Restaurant Captain Waiter
Job Description
Responsible to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served. Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest.
Responsibilities
- Greets and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
- Assists guests with table reservation and seating
- Ensures guests are serviced within specified time
- Records transaction / orders in Point of Sales systems
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions
- Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs
- Checks with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas
- Presents accurate final bill and process payment
- Completes closing duties, including restocking items
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-4 years of experience
