Human Resources Executive / Manager – Real Estate
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource functions for our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring sales teams, site staff, and corporate employees, while ensuring compliance, strong culture, and high performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles: sales advisors, channel partners, site engineers, CRM, marketing, and admin staff
- Coordinate bulk hiring for sales teams and project launches
- Handle employee onboarding & induction, including documentation and policy briefing
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leaves, and HR MIS
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance as per labor laws
- Support performance management, incentives, and sales target structures
- Handle employee engagement, retention, and grievance management
- Coordinate training programs for sales productivity and compliance
- Maintain strong HR coordination between site teams, sales, and management
- Ensure adherence to RERA norms, company ethics, and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Sales HR (preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales hiring & incentive structures
