Job Description

Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the resort. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will oversee recruitment activities while ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ culture and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments
  • Partner closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives
  • Ensure all hiring processes are managed through Workday (WD)
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring metrics
  • Support pre-employment processes including offers and background checks
  • Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within luxury hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and employer branding
  • Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
