Talent Acquisition Specialist (Local Only), Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, Saudi Arabia
Job Description
Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the resort. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will oversee recruitment activities while ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ culture and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments
- Partner closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives
- Ensure all hiring processes are managed through Workday (WD)
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- Support pre-employment processes including offers and background checks
- Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and employer branding
- Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English
