Sales Manager Four Seasons Red Sea & Amaala
Job Description
Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of idyllic natural islands and lagoons. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead proactive sales efforts and secure business across leisure, MICE, corporate, and luxury group segments.
Responsibilities
- Lead proactive sales efforts for leisure, MICE, corporate, and luxury group segments
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel advisors, tour operators, and DMCs
- Participate in trade shows, roadshows, and client events
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams for property positioning
- Manage full sales process including prospecting, contracting, and forecasting
- Support pre-opening phase activities
- Work with Revenue Management and Reservations for rate strategies
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in an international luxury resort environment
- Strong network and familiarity within the GCC leisure and groups segment
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in Arabic is essential
