Job Description

Lead and optimize long-term incentive (LTI) and total rewards programs. Act as subject matter expert for equity administration, cap table management, and compensation modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage administration of long-term incentive programs
  • Calculate interim and year-end share prices with Finance
  • Maintain cap tables with audit trails and reconciliations
  • Oversee the full grant lifecycle (eligibility, vesting, clawbacks)
  • Model capitalization scenarios including fundraising and M&A
  • Automate calculators and templates in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Prepare reports for C-level leaders and shareholders
  • Support broader compensation and benefits initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Hands-on involvement in LTI cycles and equity-based reward programs
  • Proven experience owning and maintaining cap tables
