Total Rewards Manager
Job Description
Lead and optimize long-term incentive (LTI) and total rewards programs. Act as subject matter expert for equity administration, cap table management, and compensation modeling.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage administration of long-term incentive programs
- Calculate interim and year-end share prices with Finance
- Maintain cap tables with audit trails and reconciliations
- Oversee the full grant lifecycle (eligibility, vesting, clawbacks)
- Model capitalization scenarios including fundraising and M&A
- Automate calculators and templates in Excel/Google Sheets
- Prepare reports for C-level leaders and shareholders
- Support broader compensation and benefits initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Hands-on involvement in LTI cycles and equity-based reward programs
- Proven experience owning and maintaining cap tables
