Job Description
PointClickCare is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Named Regional Account Executive to join our high-performing team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, consultative selling, and strong collaboration with internal teams. The territory is the state of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust, insight-driven account plans for named, high-potential accounts.
- Utilize whitespace analysis to develop targeted territory outreach strategies.
- Build tailored engagement strategies across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities.
- Lead thoughtful, insight-driven sales conversations aligned to client needs.
- Facilitate ROI and outcome-based selling.
- Maintain deep knowledge of PointClickCare platform and healthcare policy trends.
- Structure complex deals creatively using tiered pricing and value-based packaging.
- Navigate legal and procurement discussions (MSAs, BAAs).
- Act as primary account owner orchestrating a cross-functional POD team.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in healthcare or digital health
