Job Description
Provides general administrative and secretarial support to the department/team. The role supports daily office operations and assists management and staff with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform general secretarial and administrative duties, including handling routine correspondence and documentation
- Provide administrative support by managing day-to-day office tasks within the department
- Maintain filing systems and confidential records as required
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic correspondence
- Ensure accurate management, organization, and control of departmental data
- Follow organizational and departmental procedures to complete assigned tasks
- Support coordination of meetings, schedules, and basic office logistics
- Work under general supervision while managing assigned responsibilities
- Apply sound judgment and discretion in handling administrative matters
- Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- 1–3 years of general administrative or office support experience
