Executive Housekeeper
Job Description
Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest room status is communicated to Front Desk
- Supervise the property general cleaning schedule
- Manage daily Housekeeping shift operations and departmental costs
- Order guestroom supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supervise an effective inspection program for guestrooms and public space
- Handle guest problems and complaints
- Participate in hiring and training of new employee team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the housekeeping or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel/Hospitality Management
