Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects across the organization from initiation to deployment
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate with development, operations, and business teams
- Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets
- Implement best practices in project management (Agile and Waterfall)
- Facilitate communication across teams
- Conduct post-project evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
