Launch Senior Specialist - Ops
Job Description
Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely execution across various initiatives. Coordinate resources, track project performance, and maintain communication with stakeholders while optimizing the launch process.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed individual project plans to track progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Update the calendar of future launches
- Track FP contracts with landlords
- Develop and execute a training and development plan for the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related area
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
