Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to ensure a competitive advantage.
  • Develop long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Continuously research the luxury real estate market, competitors, and emerging trends.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and sales processes efficiently.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from client identification to finalized contracts.
  • Develop partnerships with third-party agents, brokers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all sales contracts, agreements, and paperwork are completed accurately.
  • Provide top-tier customer service throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • RERA qualification
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the UAE property market
  • 5+ years of experience in high-value property sales
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in at least one additional language—French or Turkish is mandatory
