Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supporting and coordinating all sales, leasing, and partnership activities to drive growth, ensure seamless operations, and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales follow-ups and pipeline activities
- Ensure daily operational alignment between sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Support HubSpot and CRM management
- Manage relationships with hotels, DMCs, and corporate partners
- Oversee leasing activities and tenant management
- Support and motivate a team of promoters
- Coordinate PR arrangements and VIP visit logistics
- Support communications with government bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales supervision, leasing, or commercial operations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
