Senior Real Estate Valuer
Job Description
AZ is building a high-quality real estate valuation practice in Riyadh. We are hiring a Senior Real Estate Valuer who can deliver defensible IVS-aligned valuation reports and also grow the client pipeline. This is a hands-on role involving the setting of an operating model and streamlining the valuation delivery workflow.
Responsibilities
- Deliver real estate valuation engagements end-to-end
- Produce clear, defensible valuation reports aligned with IVS
- Apply appropriate approaches (sales comparison/income/cost)
- Build quality controls including templates and internal QA checklists
- Build relationships and bring valuation opportunities
- Prepare proposals and scopes of work
- Manage an organized pipeline and convert opportunities
- Support operational improvements and workflow automation internally
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven real estate valuation experience
- Ability to author and deliver complete valuation reports
- Strong working knowledge of IVS and valuation report requirements
- Proven business development capability
- Strong Excel skills and disciplined documentation
- Excellent Arabic report writing and strong English communication
- Active TAQEEM authorization/membership (preferred)
