Branch Manager
Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the branch towards achieving sound profitable growth through product sales and delivery of quality service. The role ensures efficient customer satisfaction and adherence to risk and credit limits.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets
- Prepare and implement yearly budget and business objectives
- Manage and motivate staff for high-quality service
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Market the Group's products and services
- Monitor dormant accounts and supervise overdraft accounts
- Approve or reject credit lines and loans within limits
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree University graduate (Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration)
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank
