Job Description
The Customer Service Representative Admin combines frontline customer support with administrative processing—handling tickets while also managing documentation, back-office updates, and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and follow through to completion
- Process account updates, verifications, and refunds paperwork
- Maintain ticket hygiene and status progression
- Coordinate with finance/ops teams for billing corrections
- Prepare daily admin reports
Qualifications
- 1-3 years customer service experience plus admin/operations exposure
- Strong documentation discipline
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
- Arabic/English capability
