Customer Success Manager - EdTech (Start Up)
Job Description
The Customer Success Manager will manage strategic accounts within Higher Education and help them navigate AI Solutions. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, managing contract renewals, and developing partner relationships at the executive leadership level for a global EdTech startup.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue, contract renewal, and upsell targets
- Manage the renewal cycle of service agreements
- Prepare and present responses to tenders
- Develop strong partner relationships at executive level
- Ensure services provide value to staff and students
- Maintain high frequency of face-to-face contact with partners
Qualifications
- Proven track record in the EdTech field across the GCC
- Experience in Higher Education
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to travel across the GCC
