Assistant Finance Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Finance Manager supports all activities performed by the Finance Manager, including driving financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and month-end closing activities. Co-ordinate and review monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP, Uniform System of Accounts, and Hilton policies. Ensure smooth operation of hotel finance activities in compliance with policy and regulatory frameworks. Business partner with hotel finance team and management.
Responsibilities

- Review monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure smooth operation of hotel finance activities
- Assume responsibilities of department lead in absence of Finance Manager
- Develop best-in-class hotel Finance teams
Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
