Job Description
We are looking for a Chief of Staff who thrives in ambiguity, loves execution, and wants to work directly with a tireless founder and his team to turn strategy into action. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Founder on business strategy and decision-making
- Research complex topics and propose actionable solutions
- Own and manage cross-functional projects
- Design and implement systems and processes
- Act as the go-to 'fix-it' person for business contexts
Qualifications
- 4–10 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, startups)
- Highly independent and effective in a fast-moving startup environment
- Very strong written and verbal communicator
