VP of Employer Sales - RethinkCare
Job Description
RethinkFirst is a leading behavioral health technology company. The Vice President of Employer Sales will be responsible for revenue generation for an assigned territory as an individual contributor. You will be a solution seller to large and mid-sized employer accounts, focusing on improving the success of children with developmental disabilities through our platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of a sales plan for target organizations
- Manage the full sales cycle from identification to contracting
- Maintain a large pipeline through effective use of CRM and sales metrics
- Represent the firm at major tradeshows and industry exhibitions
- Collaborate with marketing to refine product positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- 8+ years of experience in employer sales (HR and Benefits)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience selling SaaS solutions into large employers (Fortune 1000)
- Proven ability to drive significant sales growth
