Therapist Support Operations Manager
Job Description
We are hiring a remote Therapist Support Operations Manager to lead and scale our clinical support operations for therapists across the United States. This role combines operational leadership, process design, and data-driven performance management.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for therapist support teams including staffing and capacity planning.
- Design and implement standardized onboarding and clinical documentation workflows.
- Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs (utilization, wait times, retention).
- Partner with product and engineering to operationalize new features.
- Manage vendor relationships and support tooling (EHR, telehealth, ticketing).
- Develop training, QA, and audit programs to maintain HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading operations or support teams in healthcare, telehealth, or clinical services.
- Proven experience with EHR systems and telehealth platform administration.
- Strong data literacy: experience using SQL and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and operational compliance requirements.
