Job Description

We are hiring a remote Therapist Support Operations Manager to lead and scale our clinical support operations for therapists across the United States. This role combines operational leadership, process design, and data-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations for therapist support teams including staffing and capacity planning.
  • Design and implement standardized onboarding and clinical documentation workflows.
  • Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs (utilization, wait times, retention).
  • Partner with product and engineering to operationalize new features.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support tooling (EHR, telehealth, ticketing).
  • Develop training, QA, and audit programs to maintain HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading operations or support teams in healthcare, telehealth, or clinical services.
  • Proven experience with EHR systems and telehealth platform administration.
  • Strong data literacy: experience using SQL and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and operational compliance requirements.
