Public Relation Officer (PRO)
Job Description
We are a fast-growing hospitality, nightlife, and entertainment group seeking a highly experienced Senior PRO to lead all government relations, licensing, and regulatory compliance across our corporate office and multi-outlet operations. This role requires strong authority liaison skills, leadership capability, and deep knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, particularly within hospitality, F&B, and nightlife environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead all government relations with MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, DED, Municipality, Civil Defense, and Police
- Oversee visa processing, labor permits, Emirates IDs, medicals, and cancellations
- Manage all trade license, establishment card, tenancy, liquor license, and nightlife permit approvals
- Supervise junior PROs and coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations
- Proactively manage audits, inspections, renewals, and authority requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6–10+ years experience as PRO in UAE (hospitality/nightlife highly preferred)
