Manager, E&I Maintenance
Job Description
Leading all Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure plant reliability. Oversee teams, implement strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise E&I maintenance operations for PDH and Utilities units
- Manage installation, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical systems
- Plan and execute turnaround activities
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Prepare annual operating and capital budgets
- Monitor spare parts inventory
- Manage performance of E&I maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in petrochemical maintenance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
