Job Description
Plan, lead and supervise subsurface and related surface activities with primary focus on petroleum technology needs /opportunities / trials ‘new to QatarEnergy’ and deliver specialised non-routine technical support, for the development and redevelopment of all QatarEnergy’s Operated & Non-Operated Domestic Oil fields within the VU Directorate.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead and supervise subsurface and related surface activities
- Deliver specialised non-routine technical support for oil field development
- Maximise economic recovery via sound engineering practices
- Manage proven technology applications
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Petroleum Engineering or other related discipline
- 15 years of related work experience with reputable oil & gas companies
- 7 years with a major IOC
